I attended a one day course on influencing and persuading. Most of us were from different businesses around the country but the atmosphere in the building and the two trainers, Pradeep and Liz, made us all feel really relaxed and ready to learn. It was an inspiring day which gave me a lot to think about in a positive way. I’ve done a course on a similar topic before, but picked up many new things here and would certainly recommend it.
