Just completed a leadership course with Liz and Pradeep and having done a number of differing courses in my career this was definitely one of the more enjoyable. As others have noted there was not a powerpoint slide in sight and having two very engaging trainers share the load worked really well in keeping people’s energy up and attention to the subject at hand.

The course itself was very relaxed and interactive, helped by having a very good group of attendees who all participated and made the most of the various exercises and tasks. The location was wonderfully quirky and such a pleasant change from the standard training facilities which make you feel like being back at school/university!

All in all it was an interesting couple of days and if anyone is considering a course in leadership or line management but feels intimidated by the thought of training (or sick of the usual style of courses) then I would recommend Aspire as a place where you can learn in a relaxed and enjoyable way!
