“I attended the Influencing and Communication Course this week. It was challenging from the onset, but I needed to be challenged. I found the pre-work incredibly helpful and asked a range of people; friends, family and colleagues for the required feedback. Once arrived, the training was really useful and clearly delivered by experienced and knowledgeable authentic experts, Annemarie and Kathy. The safe atmosphere that they created and the varied methods they used provided an excellent experience for me. I find the simple way that elements were presented easily accessible and feel empowered to put them into practice – especially the bridging exercise. Other important considerations; great venue with charming courtyard, lovely food and finished on time.
