I attended a Line Management course in September and found it to be extremely informative but in a relaxed setting and a small group which really helped me to discuss real-life examples and gain confidence. I felt that everything we learned was relevant to my role and delivered in a memorable way. The trainers were very engaging and although I was the only one from my company attending, a few others were in the same situation, which made for a great group dynamic and atmosphere. As a company we’ll definitely be sending more of the team on courses with Aspire! Thanks Bronia & Sally! 🙂
