Went the two-day line management training course with Liz and Jess last week and I am already using it in my day-to-day at the office…the course is a great balance of ‘theory’ about how to approach everything under line management (from delegating to communication, from difficult conversations to coaching the best in people) and practical ‘application’ to make you understand how to apply it. Liz and Jess get it–there isn’t a magical formula of ‘do these three things and your office will run perfectly’, it’s about giving you the tools and frameworks to approach everything in your office in a better manner.
