I strongly recommend Aspire Leadership. I took part in the Line Management two-day course in August 2015 and found it very enjoyable and helpful. Liz and Jess are great coaches and it was a lovely small group of people. The course blends theory and workshops with thought-provoking games and exercises. The two days are full and intense, but very worth it.

It was so refreshing to talk to other managers and share experiences, and Liz and Jess were always keen to help us problem-solve real-life examples we face. They spend a lot of time getting to know you, and this really pays off, giving each person a personalised approach and individual attention. There are also some lovely small touches, like a flash drive with all the content (so you don’t have to worry about taking notes), a superb lunch each day, and hearing about Liz’s dog!
