I attended line management last week with Jess and Liz. It was a great course, very interesting and thought provoking and it was refreshing to see no PPT slides and very few handouts (they were given to us at the end on a stick). I took away lots of new ways of thinking about dealing with situations in the workplace, and although at times the material was challenging, and even uncomfortable, it was always led supportively and with a sense of humour. I loved the venue, tucked away on Leather Lane — and the food was delicious.
I would thoroughly recommend Aspire Leadership and hope to do more of their courses in the future.
