We run a select group of face-to-face or online public courses with personally tailored facilitation. The online courses are designed to be as fun, challenging, engaging, and interactive as our face-to-face courses using breakout rooms, videos, visuals, and more.

With small groups (6 – 10 depending on the programme) and two facilitators per course, you can be sure of personal attention during the day.

Our public courses are ideal if:

• You want to try a course before running a tailored in house programme.
• You only have one or two people that need a particular course.
• You’re paying for the course yourself.
• You want to complement an existing in-house training course.

If you have more than 4 or 5 people that need a particular training course it might be more cost effective to run an In-house tailored programme.

We like to make a difference to all our delegates and to exceed their expectations, so we’re delighted to offer a guarantee of satisfaction on all our courses.

If you’re not completely happy with a particular course please speak to the trainer on the day as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that the course still does not measure up, we will refund your course fee in full. Any claims for a refund must be made in writing (email is fine) within 48 hours of the close of the course.
