Over the past twelve years Jeremy has combined the twin disciplines of drama and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to coach and train a broad range of clients in the UK and internationally. He specialises in Public Speaking helping people prepare for Interviews, meetings, and presentations.
Jeremy has a warm, informal and approachable style. He encourages delegates to build confidence through understanding how thoughts and feelings affect behaviour. Many who speak publicly have some degree of anxiety. Jeremy’s role is to help shift ingrained thinking patterns to a more productive state. This healthier thinking approach supports transformational change from a speaker full of dread and fear to one who thinks and behaves more productively.
Clients include the MOD, HMRC, DEFRA, UKBA and the NHS. University clients include Kingston, Bath, Aston, Southampton and Northumbria University.
Since 2009 Jeremy has enjoyed his role at Kingston University as Employability Skills consultant supporting recruitment and employability, helping people develop and prepare for promotion and interviews across the public and private sectors.
