Aspire Leadership collaborated with international shipping company, MOL, to provide training for their EMEA operation.

MOL wanted to respond positively to requests for soft skills training in a staff engagement survey (technical training being very well covered in the organisation) and we worked closely with the HR team to help them achieve this positive impact in the business.

One of the many things we admire about MOL is that their whole executive and leadership team undertook the training, believing and demonstrating that soft skills training was valuable for all.

We designed and led a series of two-day* leadership programmes; a series of four-day* management programmes and four half-day modules for the staff, run regularly throughout a twelve-month period, on key topics that were requested through consultation with them.

Our courses for the leaders and managers ran with a week in-between each session, allowing us to set activities to be undertaken in-between training days.
