Liz has a BA in Drama from Manchester University and worked for twenty five years as an actor and coach within the theatre and film industry. Her extensive career includes the Royal Shakespeare Company and a long list of television and feature films. She lectured in drama at the Royal College of Music, Mountview Theatre School, and The Drama Centre.

Liz started working within the corporate sector fifteen years ago as a trainer and executive coach in personal and professional development and effective communication. She has worked in the public and private sectors at board level, with executive teams, and throughout organisations. Liz was a Senior Consultant at Impact Factory – a leading coaching and training organisation – for six years. She is a founding partner and director of Aspire Leadership.

Liz has a high level of expertise in facilitating and delivering programmes for large international conferences as well working with smaller groups and as a one to one coach. Liz specializes in leadership skills training, personal branding, influencing skills trainingcoaching and mentoring, our presentation skills course, corporate storytelling, and interviewing skills.

Liz is a director of Fish with Feet – a film production company which focuses on making training more accessible to a wider audience, and bringing individual and corporate stories to life on the web and for broadcast. She has one novel published and is presently working on her next book.
