We collect information about you from you, or your employer, when you or they fill in a form on our website aspire-leadership.co.uk (“our website”), or correspond with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise.

This includes information you, or your employer, provides when you register for our newsletter, book a public or tailored course, engage us for executive coaching, send an enquiry using our enquiry form, or email / call us to discuss our services.

This information may include your name, the address and e-mail address you provide, job title, dietary preferences, and phone number(s).

On each of your visits to our site we will automatically collect technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, linked websites visited from our sites, and information about your visit, including page interaction information.

We collect anonymous information through our server log files; for example, the number of visitors to the web-site at any time, but it cannot be used to identify individuals.

We use cookies in some areas of the site – see details below.  If you would like to know more about how to control the use of cookies take a look at About Cookies.

How we use your data

We use your data to perform necessary administrative tasks in fulfilment of our contract with you, or your employer, to provide training.

We may use your contact information to follow up on training enquiries or training delivery.

We will add you to our marketing list to receive our newsletter if you explicitly check the relevant box on our public course booking system, Bookwhen; if you do business with us (soft opt-in); or if you sign up for our newsletter via our web-site.

We operate a ‘double verify’ marketing list for the newsletter so you will only receive it if you explicitly verify your email address for that purpose. You can remove yourself from this list at any point by using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of our newsletter.

We use your technical data to improve our website.
