Aspire Leadership’s Special Projects Director, Tee Dobinson, is a hugely experienced trainer and coach, an award-winning author and a charismatic event speaker.

Tee has delivered keynote addresses globally, trained over 100,000 people and, as an executive coach, supported many individuals to success. She is an authority on leadership and personal development with an accessible style using storytelling and metaphor to great effect. Tee was a Nike Fitness Athlete for eight years, and today her energy, natural warmth, sparkle and optimism lift a room, whether that’s one-to-one, in a small group or in a large conference arena.

Tee’s vast experience in the corporate and government arenas underpins her own success. She has wells of resilience and creativity and an ability to quickly assess complex situations and help people to find effective solutions that suit them.

Tee is the author of ten books, the editor of many bespoke publications and has received three Author of the Year awards. She co-founded the creative agency Baizdon and is proud to have created The Tower Bridge Cat brand for the London icon, which includes four books, an extensive merchandise range, and a Family Trail at Tower Bridge based on her characters. Her latest book, Confidence by Numbers, is for adults – based on her work helping delegates over the years.

A previous winner of Trainer of the Year, Tee was also a European Certification Specialist for the American training company AFFA and a Leadership Expert for the EU in Sierra Leone. Tee lectured on the ILM Leadership and Management course for two years, and in her early career was the youngest person in the UK appointed to train schoolteachers. Tee also loved being the event speaker and MC at the top of London’s prestigious landmark building, The Gherkin, for ten years.

Tee is a current Livery Member of The Worshipful Company of Entrepreneurs and the Chair of their Education Committee. In 2024, Tee received an honorary degree from Brunel University recognising her continued work in education, and in the same year she was very proud to receive the Freedom of the City of London. In November 2025, Tee was recognised as a Leading Light in Kindness and Leadership in the FT sponsored Women of the Future awards.
