Marcus brings a truly creative and energetic approach to the training room. Combined with a strong background in pitching to various clients such as Snapchat, Aldi, Hilton, Citrix, among many more, Marcus also draws on his skills as a well-known artist and musician, making him a unique trainer with a strong grasp on the ins and outs of the modern workplace.

Bringing creative solutions to any task is where Marcus shines. From running live music shows, where thinking on his feet and reacting to unexpected challenges has greatly influenced Marcus’s working style, to pitching in front of various blue chip clients as well as start-ups for art curation companies has enabled him to tap into greater self-awareness and to find courage in any situation. These skills give Marcus a strong grounding to share what he has learned to improve relationships both in and out of the workplace with a diverse range of communities and professionals.

Having previously worked as a design recruitment consultant, a large part of Marcus’ work was around preparing candidates from junior positions to director level for interviews with some of the top advertising agencies in the country. Understanding how to get the best out of people from all walks of life is one of Marcus’ strongest traits which has enriched his methods of developing trainees.

When not in the training room, Marcus can be found in his studio working on any number of projects from fashion collaborations to corporate commissions in the city.
