Luella is a is a Consultant, Executive Coach, and Academic who helps organisations and leaders with strategic business improvement and change. With a focus on improving workplaces for the benefit of both the organisation and the people who work there, Luella’s experience spans a range of commercial, structural, and technological changes including a number of mergers and integrations.
Luella’s commercial focus is combined with her passion for capability building to help organisations achieve business outcomes. She has utilised this skillset as a leader in the People and Change team at KPMG as well as in her roles as change and transformation leader in both Health and Financial Services.
Luella has a Doctorate in Organisational Change and Leadership and has consulted for over 15 years to organisations across a range of industries (including mining, oil and gas, health and primary industries).
