Background
I have been working as a leadership, coach and supervisor for 15 years. Prior to becoming a coach I worked for many years in HR and OD in the NHS designing and delivering leadership programs. My area of interest is leadership creativity, innovation, equality and inclusion. I have worked with a leaders in a range of organisations including WHO, UNISON, Heathrow Airport, Barclays Bank, and NHS.

How I work
I trained as a transpersonal coach which focuses on potential. I provide a creative space to take a deeper look at your leadership potential, clarify what is important and of value to you and how you can express this in all areas of your life in a balanced and authentic way.
The approach uses models and tools that are creative, require use of imagination and intuition.
I am an ICF and EMCC accredited coach, coach trainer and supervisor. Outside of work I have two daughters and love climbing mountains and salsa dancing.
