Studio Graphene

Annemarie and Thulasi had the opportunity to support a brilliant group of Product Managers, Designers, and Customer Success members in a bespoke Facilitation Skills programme. This workshop was a natural way to build on the Coaching Skills training we led last year with the team.

They all are responsible for leading important internal and external workshops and are motivated to make those as valuable as possible for their stakeholders.

So we designed the session to help each of them build on their existing strengths — many of them have years of experience running workshops — and gain mindsets and practical tools to be even more confident and effective facilitators.

A highlight of the day for us was hearing the team get energised about the many practical and creative steps they can take to lead even more focused, engaging workshops.

Across the whole programme we appreciated the team’s appetite to build skills and their quickness to encourage each other and offer supportive feedback. This culture of warmth and willingness to learn made it a productive and positive programme from start to finish.

We loved hearing each person’s practical takeaways at the end and their own plans to put the mindsets and tools to use.

Feedback in their words:

I wanted to write a small appreciation message for yesterday’s workshop. I thought you did a fantastic job of delivering the core principles in an interactive and practical way, making it easy to absorb and envision how I can apply them in both client and internal workshops. I went into it with 2 to 3 key skills I wanted help with, and by the end, not only did I have plenty of helpful tools but also a couple of golden nuggets to keep in mind.
Pedro, Senior Product Manager

I also wanted to say a big thank you for the workshop itself! All of the feedback I have received so far has been great and for me personally, it was one of the best training days I’ve ever attended.
Ritam, CEO
