LWC Drinks

LWC Drinks is the UK’s largest independent drinks wholesaler, supplying beers, wines, spirits, and soft drinks nationwide. They continue to grow and invest meaningfully in their people, creating hundreds of jobs across the region while transforming lives through learning. Last year, LWC was recognised as Large Employer of the Year at the GM Skills Awards, reflecting their investment in workforce development, apprenticeships, and continuous learning for over 300 employees.

We were excited to partner with LWC to deliver a series of tailored programmes across Line Management, Presentation Skills, Leadership and Women in Leadership. The programmes were delivered by Alexander, Pradeep, Andrew, Lucy, and Kathy, supporting colleagues from entry-level through to senior leadership across multiple locations in the UK. All teams came together with a shared commitment to their learning and development.

In 2025 alone, we supported the development of over 100 LWC colleagues and are proud to continue this partnership, supporting even more people across the organisation.

We’re really pleased to have partnered with Aspire Leadership on a suite of training programmes designed for our teams following our input. Their investment in genuinely getting to know us, and tailoring programmes that build upon everyone’s unique strengths has made a real difference.. The feedback received has been incredibly strong, with participants highlighting the relevance of the training and expressing confidence in applying what they’ve learned in their roles.
