This Autumn we had the delight of working with four members of the Caudalie UK Sales and Marketing team in a 1-day bespoke Presentation Skills training.

The team members were already excellent communicators with a passion for the Caudalie products and company story. So the purpose of the training was to build on their strengths and continue elevating their presentations.

Annemarie and Carolyn offered the team a series of mindsets and tools to help shape their presentation stories and host unique, memorable sessions for retailers. This involved guiding them through a blend of individual and group practical exercises and providing personalised presentation coaching and feedback.

We loved the opportunity to help them tap into their strengths and see their creativity and strategic thinking skills shine through.

When we checked back in soon after the training, it was music to our ears to hear that they’d incorporated several skills and received excellent feedback from retailers:

We really focused on stripping out unnecessary information, asking questions, and adding in fun games/moments to be involved, and it definitely made a big difference. Thank you again for all of your help.
