Before taking her position as our Head of Client Development and Marketing, Kitty worked with us using her graphics background to help us design all of our programme materials. She went on to train with us to become one of our team of facilitators at Aspire. With five years working as a facilitator with us under her belt, as well as an encyclopedic knowledge of our materials, Kitty knows our work and ethos inside out.

With a passion for both art and science, Kitty brings a unique blend of creativity and analytical rigour to her role. She has a BA in Digital Film Production and an MSc in Psychology, which gives her a great approach to problem-solving and people skills both in the office and in the training room.

Kitty’s professional journey reflects her natural curiosity and interest in human connection. She worked first as an actor and then in the art department for theatre and TV productions. Her art department work includes collaborations on Wes Anderson’s Isle of Dogs, and Channel 4’s popular comedy series, Damned.

Certified as a member of British Mensa, Kitty is proudly writing her first novel, is nursing an addiction to houseplants, and will often be seen parading in and around the office accompanied by her very important, and very small dog, Nacho.
