As a qualified Mental Health First Aider, Kathy is curious about the connections between wellbeing and inclusivity and she uses her knowledge, experience and her warm, empathetic approach to help others make sense of it too.

When Kathy isn’t leading discussions and delivering top-class training, she continues to inspire outside of the classroom with her love of photography (semi-professional), hiking up mountains and generally living life to the max. She can often be found at a music gig or at a bootcamp session in the park to keep her body as sharp as her mind!
