Annemarie is a senior learning consultant at Aspire who coaches senior leaders to elevate their leadership and communication skills.
Her expertise is helping leaders shift from being stuck in the weeds to a more strategic and engaging leadership style.
She serves as an international coach and trainer with a Master’s in Sociology from Stanford University, concentrating in social psychology and interpersonal dynamics.
When designing and delivering L&D programmes, Annemarie draws upon her background as a Certified Professional Co-Active™ Coach and PCC with the ICF and her training in the Co-Active™ Leadership, Positive Intelligence™, and Kirkpatrick Training Evaluation™ frameworks.
Recently she’s led leadership and communication skills programmes for leaders at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, RWE, ITN (5 News, Channel 4 News, ITV News), Paramount, Kuehne+Nagel,, EPLAN, Hologic, Royal Academy of Engineering, Teneo, Caudalie, Fantasy Interactive, Thomson Reuters Foundation, Royal Albert Hall, XPS Pensions Group, InvestIndustrial, and Lombard Odier Investment Managers.
She may have a nerdy flair, yet she rounds this out with grounded professionalism, playful wit and Californian warmth that helps her clients to reflect, learn and create meaningful shifts in their mindsets and behaviours.
After hours you’ll find her hosting dinners with family and friends, dancing, loving a good long quiet walk, and venturing to the seaside for swims, paddle boarding and cycle rides.
My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style. – Maya Angelou
