The nearest tube stations to our training rooms are Farringdon (Circle, Hammersmith and City, and Metropolitan lines) and Chancery Lane (Central line). Our nearest train station is Farringdon.
At present all of our public courses are run in our training rooms in London. We don’t currently have any public courses scheduled in Manchester.
There are two trainers with up to 6 delegates on Presentations Skills, up to 8 on Boost! and Train the Trainer, and up to 10 on other programmes.

Yes, however you book, we can provide you with an invoice. All you need to do is email us with the details of the course booked and the name of the attendee(s) as well as the email and postal address for the invoice.
Yes, you are able to pay as soon as you book, if you book more than three months before the course date, you can even save some money with our early bird price.
Yes, if you are unable to pay online or by bank transfer, please call 020 3286 5446
Please let us know on booking if you need wheelchair access and we will make arrangements. We require a minimum of two weeks notice.
If you wish to cancel or postpone your booking there may be a charge for doing so please read the terms and conditions before you book.
Yes, if you’re not happy with the course and you tell us on the day, if we can’t sort it, we’ll give you a refund.
