I am a qualified coach and accredited with the international coaching federation (ICF ACC). I have worked as a coach mentor for the Animas Centre of Coaching guiding students in their understanding of the professional competencies and ethical practices of coaching. I am undertaking further post graduate study in Career Management, Counselling & Coaching at Birkbeck University, London. I develop and deliver career management training for the creative sector working with universities, arts charities and professional development bodies. I recently delivered the keynote speech at Ireland’s inaugural Creative Career Summit in Dublin on ‘Career Change and Innovation’.

I utilize an integrative coaching approach drawing from a variety of evidence-based methodologies including Positive Psychology, Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral Coaching and Career Theory to help people navigate their professional landscapes.
