Beth has over 15 years’ experience at the very top of the UK’s Central Government working in Security and Intelligence. Over the course of a high-profile career she developed the specialist leadership, communication, influence, negotiation and facilitation skills needed to run operations across the UK and overseas and to lead teams in fast moving cases of global importance.

More recently Beth has used her skills in leadership development, supporting professionals of all levels in developing the positive behaviours that best serve them in today’s workplace.

Beth is a qualified Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) trainer and coach.   She is accredited with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

She has also trained in the use of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and in a range of psychometric developmental tools.

In her spare time Beth loves to sing!

She is a classically trained singer and often uses Regulated Diaphragmatic Breathing (RDB) techniques to support her clients and to build confidence.
