Executive Coaching Experience and Background

Beth’s journey to coaching arose from her time spent as a leader at the top of the UK government.  Beth trained first in behavioural science and motivation techniques before becoming a professional facilitator and going on to work with clients 1:1.

Beth’s coaching philosophy is that given the right conditions, we are all capable of powerful and amazing things.  Beth works with clients from across a broad range of sectors,  supporting senior leaders, executives and decision makers at the highest levels.

Beth’s coaching style is dynamic, challenging and insightful whilst remaining nurturing and pragmatic.  She draws on a range of techniques to support personal growth and overcome leadership challenges.

Beth is a qualified Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) facilitator and coach. She holds the ILM7 Advanced Coaching and Mentoring accreditation with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), and is an ACC with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  Beth has training in LEAN methodology techniques, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Project Management, Cognitive Behavioural techniques and a range psychometric tools to support the coaching and learning environment.

She is the author of several published ‘thought leadership’ articles and the Coach in Your Corner, self-coaching method.

Beth is also a skilled and experience team coach, having trained with the Team Coaching Studio (formerly ECS).
